Abstract

Three presentations at the Metropolitan (Santiago de Chile) Tuberculosis Committee were selected to be published in this annual summary of 2008 activities. The three Tuberculosis issues described and discussed in this article are the following: 1) Comprehensive management of Tuberculosis and HTV in each control programs for tuberculosis and HTV; 2) Tuberculosis in childhood and 3) Auditing of tuberculosis deaths.
